What to consider

Group Size—You will need at least 50 participants to qualify for discounted pricing. Group will be charged for the number of confirmed participants (Minimum 50ppl). This pricing is only available on Thursday and Friday group bookings.

Reserve a Date & Time—Reserve your date and time at least 3 weeks before your visit! Providing final numbers, no later then 10days prior to arrival.

Group Pricing—Discounted lift tickets/rentals are available Thursday and Friday only. Please contact us at for group prices.

Lesson Time—Every day at 10am/12pm/2pm. Special group times for lessons can be arranged upon group booking. Children ages 9 and under are required to be in a private lesson. This is not a discounted price.

Payment Methods—We accept cash, debit or credit. The credit cards that we accept are Visa/MasterCard/Amex. We also can invoice your group if you prefer. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of your visit. If you prefer to pay when you are here, one person in your group is required to collect the funds and they can pay for everyone at one time at the rental shop.

When You Arrive—Please go directly to the rental shop when you get here! We will provide you with all of your lift tickets, rentals and lesson information needed!

Meal Options—We have a wide selection of meals and appetizers available for groups. Please let us know if you are interested in ordering food and we will send you the menu options available!

Dietary Needs—We will try to accommodate any of your dietary requirements, please let us know upon booking.

Cancellation Notice—If we are open, and your group does not show or provide a cancellation notice within 48-hours before your visit, a $250 cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file. Please keep an eye on the weather forecast to decide closer to the date of your visit. If we are closed, no fee will be charged. A valid credit card is required upon booking.
